The Power of Kindness is a 30-minute special featuring Lady Gaga in conversation with mental health expert Dr. Alfiee Breland-Noble. Together, they sit down with 11 young people to share honest stories about their mental health journeys.

I designed the motion language to reflect the emotional tone of each chapter, from quiet self-reflection to collective empathy — using subtle animation and rhythm to support the film’s message of compassion.

The film is divided into four chapters: Kindness to Self, Kindness to Others, Kindness to Community, and Building a Kinder Future. Each chapter offers powerful insights, personal experiences, and practical ways we can all make kindness part of our daily lives.
