The Power of Kindness

The Power of Kindness is a 30-minute special featuring Lady Gaga in conversation with mental health expert Dr. Alfiee Breland-Noble.
Together, they sit down with 11 young people to share honest stories about their mental health journeys.

Through open discussions, they explore different ideas and forms of kindness, including self-compassion, care for others, and how to break the stigma that still surrounds mental health today.

The film is divided into four chapters: Kindness to Self, Kindness to Others, Kindness to Community, and Building a Kinder Future. Each chapter offers powerful insights, personal experiences, and practical ways we can all make kindness part of our daily lives.

The Power of Kindness reminds us that even small acts of compassion can create a ripple effect, shaping a more supportive and empathetic world.
