In 2021, Spotify hosted its third annual BLK Workforce Development Conference, an employee resource group for Black/African-American culture creating engagement through panel discussions, workshops, and performances. The identity system champions themes of homecoming, community, and positivity.

Black and white photography cutouts are collaged against colorful, heritage patterns to create rich, soulful, rhythmic compositions. Tears and hand drawn elements are incorporated to further give a human, community feel.
