Long Live the King presented by Kith x Nike is an inspirational mini-documentary that examines the life and journey of LeBron James. With LeBron’s otherworldly rise on the basketball court center stage, the details on his family and community background have remained unknown. This film brings that quest for greatness and struggle into focus. Tales from his childhood in Akron’s inner-city are told by pivotal figures from his past who experienced it first-hand. Key figures include LeBron’s childhood friend and business partner Maverick Carter, LeBron’s former St. Vincent- St. Mary H.S. coach Keith Dambrot, Nike executive Lynn Merritt (who signed LeBron at Nike), Kith Founder Ronnie Fieg, and LeBron James himself.
